Eleven ELEEP Members attended a study tour on renewable energy and climate change policies, traveling to Poland and Germany from 10 to 15 November 2013. Meetings were held in Warsaw, Berlin, and Hamburg, with Members meeting with researchers, climate policy negotiators, renewable energy project developers and more.

Building off a previous ELEEP tour to Stuttgart and Paris in October 2012, a group of ELEEP Members traveled to the Pacific Northwest of the United States to find out how communities use planning, policies, investments, and other measures to establish low-carbon, sustainable transportation systems. They visited Porland and Salem, Oregon and Seattle, Washington from 27 to 31 January 2014.

From 7 until 12 July 2013, ten members of the ELEEP Network took part in a study tour on the Energy-Water-Climate Change Nexus in the American Southwest. During the tour, ELEEP Members traveled to New Mexico (Santa Fe and Albuquerque), Arizona (Phoenix and Flagstaff), and Nevada (Hoover Dam and Las Vegas).

From 19-21 May 2014, ELEEP Members Janis Brizga, Deric Gruen, and Viviana Jiménez led and participated in an ELEEP mini-study tour focused on economic and monetary policy in England. The project centered on identifying and articulating insights on economic and fiscal issues that concern environmental leaders.
